Welcome. I'm Geraldine. I'm a Spiritual Teacher, Spirit Guide Channel, creator of the SOUL Shift™ Method and Serene Spiritual® Hypnotherapy.
Above all, I'm a channel for the unconditional love of Spirit.
I believe that when we truly experience that love, everything begins to change. Love creates safety. Safety creates freedom. Freedom lets you shine.
I help ambitious, soul-led women who know they're meant for more reconnect with the unconditional love of Spirit, so they feel safe to trust themselves, be seen, answer the call on their heart, and step into the next level of who they're here to become.
When we experience the unconditional love of Spirit, our nervous system begins to soften. The protective identities we've spent a lifetime relying on—The Fixer, The Strong One, The Good Daughter, The Perfectionist and The Invisible One—no longer have to keep us safe. Instead of living from survival, we begin leading from our soul.
Through spiritual hypnotherapy, Spirit Guide connection and transformational coaching, I don't simply help you change how you think. Together, we transform how you experience yourself, allowing you to trust your intuition, take up space with confidence, and become the woman you already know you're here to be.
My own journey shapes everything I teach. Healing my own mother wound, navigating breast cancer, and walking alongside Spirit for more than 25 years taught me that real transformation isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about feeling safe enough to become who you've always been. Alongside my spiritual work, I bring over a decade of professional experience supporting people through some of life's most complex challenges, including probation, addiction recovery and domestic abuse services.
That combination of psychological understanding, lived experience and spiritual wisdom allows me to hold a space where transformation feels both deeply safe and profoundly empowering.
