1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions are between you and Geraldine Crane, a sole trader operating under the brand Soul Sovereignty.

These Terms and Conditions apply when you purchase, join or access a membership, course, group programme, live group session, workshop, digital resource or other service through Geraldine Crane’s online hub.

In these terms, “Geraldine”, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Geraldine Crane. “You” and “your” refer to the person purchasing, accessing or participating in the service.

Please read these terms before purchasing. By completing your purchase or joining a free service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Who may use the services

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase or participate in services provided through the hub. Some memberships, circles, retreats or group spaces may be created specifically for women, including trans women and those who identify with womanhood. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the relevant sales or booking page. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. Your account and access are for your personal use only and must not be shared with anyone else.

3. Services provided through the hub

Depending on what you purchase or join, services may include:
- Coaching, mentoring and group discussion.
- Guided meditation, relaxation and spiritual hypnotherapy.
- Spirit Guide connection practices, card readings and other spiritual or reflective activities.
- Trauma Release Boxing™, shadow boxing, grounding, breathing, rhythm, body awareness and other somatic movement.
- Live online or in-person circles, workshops and group programmes.
- Recorded videos, audio, meditations, written materials and other digital resources.
- Community spaces, including groups hosted through the hub or third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or Zoom.

The description, duration, price and specific content of each service will be set out on its sales or booking page. I may make reasonable changes to the order, format or content where needed to improve delivery, respond to the needs of the group, maintain safety or deal with circumstances outside my reasonable control. Any change will not materially reduce the overall service you purchased.

4. Nature and limits of the work

The services are intended to support personal development, spiritual exploration, emotional wellbeing, confidence, self-awareness and general wellbeing.

Geraldine Crane is a spiritual teacher, mentor and hypnotherapist. She is not acting as a doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, counsellor, physiotherapist, financial adviser or other regulated healthcare or professional adviser.

The services are complementary and educational in nature. They do not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for appropriate support from a GP, mental-health professional or other qualified practitioner.

You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, actions and choices. No particular personal, spiritual, emotional, health, relationship or business result can be promised or guaranteed.

If you are concerned about your physical or mental health, or whether a practice is suitable for you, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

5. Coaching and mentoring

Coaching and mentoring may include questions, reflection, teaching, suggestions and gentle challenge. You are free to decide what feels appropriate for you and whether to act on anything discussed.

Coaching and mentoring are not crisis services. If you require urgent medical or mental-health support, contact your GP, NHS 111, emergency services or another appropriate crisis service.

6. Guided meditation and hypnotherapy

Guided meditation and hypnotherapy may involve relaxation, imagery, focused attention and increased awareness of thoughts, feelings, memories or physical sensations.

You remain aware and in control throughout and may pause or stop at any time. You should participate in a safe place where you will not be disturbed and must never listen to a meditation or hypnotherapy recording while driving, operating machinery or doing anything requiring your full attention.

This work may not be suitable for everyone. You must tell Geraldine before participating if you have any relevant health or mental-health concerns, including epilepsy, active psychosis, mania, severe mental illness, suicidal thoughts or a condition requiring urgent medical or psychiatric care. You may be asked to seek guidance or clearance from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

Where regression, inner-child or past-life work is included, you understand that images, memories and experiences arising during altered or relaxed states are subjective and may not be historically or factually accurate.

7. Card readings and spiritual practices

Card readings, Spirit Guide work and other spiritual practices are provided for spiritual guidance, personal reflection and educational purposes. They are not predictions or instructions and their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own interpretation, decisions and actions. Spiritual guidance must not be relied upon in place of medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other appropriately qualified professional advice.

8. Trauma Release Boxing™, shadow boxing and somatic movement

Some services may include optional shadow boxing, boxing-inspired movement, grounding, breathing, rhythm, body awareness or other gentle physical practices. Unless a particular service expressly states otherwise, group shadow-boxing activities do not include sparring, fighting, striking another person or intentional body contact.

By choosing to participate, you agree that:
- You will consider your own physical and mental health before taking part.
- You will disclose any injury, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, medication or other concern that could affect your safe participation when asked.
- You will seek advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether physical activity is suitable for you.
- You will work within your own abilities, make use of any adaptations offered and follow safety instructions.
- You may modify an activity, rest or stop at any time without having to explain why.
- You will stop and tell Geraldine promptly if you experience pain, chest pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness, faintness or feel unwell.
- You understand that all physical activity carries some inherent risk of discomfort or injury.

Geraldine may adapt, pause or stop an activity if she believes it would be unsafe or unsuitable for you to continue.

Trauma Release Boxing™ and somatic movement are educational and wellbeing-focused. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or treatment for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression or any other health condition.

Participation in physical activities is always optional. Choosing not to participate will not prevent you from taking part in the other appropriate elements of a group session.

9. Group safety, privacy and conduct

Group spaces are intended to feel welcoming, respectful and emotionally safe. By participating, you agree to:

 - Treat Geraldine and other participants with kindness and respect.
- Respect different identities, beliefs, experiences and perspectives.
- Keep other participants' identities, personal stories and experiences confidential.
- Not record, photograph, screenshot, copy or share another participant or anything they disclose without their clear permission.
- Participate in a way that does not threaten, harass, discriminate against or deliberately distress another person.
- Avoid presenting medical, mental-health or other professional advice to other participants unless you are appropriately qualified and Geraldine has agreed that it is suitable within the session.

While Geraldine will set clear expectations and respond to concerns, she cannot absolutely guarantee the actions or confidentiality of every participant.

Geraldine may mute, pause or end a person's participation, remove them from a group or withdraw access where reasonably necessary to protect safety, confidentiality or the wellbeing of the group. Where a serious or repeated breach has occurred, a refund may not be provided, subject to your statutory rights.

10. Confidentiality and safeguarding

Geraldine will treat personal information shared within the service as confidential and will not share it without your knowledge and consent, except where disclosure is reasonably necessary:
- To comply with a court order or other legal obligation.
- Where Geraldine believes there is a risk of harm to a child or vulnerable adult.
- Where Geraldine believes there is a serious risk that you may harm yourself or another person.
- Where there is a legal duty relating to terrorism or another serious offence.
- For confidential professional supervision, with identifying details removed wherever reasonably possible.

Geraldine will not share your session experiences, spiritual experiences, personal story, trauma, childhood memories, relationships or other sensitive information for marketing, educational or social media purposes without asking for your specific permission first.

11. Photos, video and session recordings

You will be told if Geraldine wishes to photograph or record any part of a live session. Photos or promotional videos will only be taken when participants are fully aware and comfortable, and not during vulnerable, deeply emotional, therapeutic or hypnotherapy moments.

Your permission to be photographed, filmed or identified is optional and is not a condition of receiving the service. Geraldine will check at the time and you may say no or change your mind about future use.

If a live session is recorded to provide a replay or resource, you will be told in advance. Geraldine will take reasonable steps to avoid including personal participant sharing in the recording unless everyone identifiable has given specific permission.

You must not make your own recording, photograph or screenshot of a live session unless Geraldine and every identifiable participant have expressly agreed.

 12. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price and payment options applicable to your purchase will be displayed before checkout.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan or recurring subscription is offered. If you choose a payment plan, you remain responsible for all instalments unless these terms or your statutory rights allow cancellation.

If a payment fails, Geraldine may contact you and temporarily suspend access while payment remains outstanding. Access may be restored once the payment has been made. Geraldine will not charge an undisclosed fee.

13. Memberships and recurring payments
If you purchase a recurring membership, the amount and frequency of payment will be shown at checkout. Payments will continue automatically until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time by messaging or emailing Geraldine and providing the name and email address connected to your membership.

Geraldine will arrange the cancellation and confirm the date your membership access will end. You will continue to have access until the end of the period covered by your most recent payment, and no further membership payments will be taken.

Membership payments already made are not normally refundable simply because you did not use the membership or attend the available sessions. This does not affect your statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Geraldine may change the future price or content of a membership by giving reasonable advance notice. If you do not wish to continue, you may cancel before the new price or material change takes effect.

14. Group programmes, workshops and live sessions
Dates and times will be provided on the relevant booking page or by email. You are responsible for attending at the stated time and ensuring that you have a suitable device, internet connection and private environment for online sessions.

Unless the relevant offer states otherwise:
- If you cancel a group programme or workshop 7 or more days before it begins, you will receive a refund, subject to the statutory cancellation rights in Section 16.
- No refund will normally be given if you cancel less than 7 days before it begins, after it has begun, or because you miss a live session.

If a replay is offered, the length of replay access will be stated with the programme or membership information.

If Geraldine has to cancel a standalone paid session, she will offer a replacement date or a refund for the cancelled session.

If a programme session has to be rearranged, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative session or suitable replacement resource.

15. Digital content and intellectual property
All videos, recordings, meditations, written materials, course content, methods, branding and other resources provided through the hub remain the intellectual property of Geraldine Crane or the identified rights holder.

You receive a personal, limited and non-transferable right to access the materials for your own use. You must not, without prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, modify or republish the materials.
- Share your login or provide another person with access.
- Upload or distribute materials through social media, messaging groups, websites, file-sharing services or other platforms.
- Sell, license, teach from or commercially exploit the materials.
- Remove copyright, trade mark or ownership notices.

You may download a resource only where a download option is provided. Any permitted download remains for your personal use.

16. Your right to cancel an online purchase
If you are purchasing as a consumer online, you will normally have a legal right to cancel a service contract within 14 days of the contract being made, subject to the exceptions and rules applying to services and digital content.

If you ask for live services, membership services or a group programme to begin during the 14-day cancellation period and then cancel within that period, Geraldine may deduct a reasonable proportion for services already supplied where the law allows.

Where you receive immediate access to digital content, such as downloadable or streamed recordings, courses or meditations, you may be asked to expressly consent to delivery beginning during the 14-day period and acknowledge that your right to cancel that digital content may be lost once supply begins.

To exercise a statutory right to cancel, email hello@geraldinecrane.com with your name, the service purchased, the purchase date and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the cancellation wording in Appendix 2, but you do not have to.

Refunds due under your statutory rights will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. Nothing in the cancellation policies elsewhere in these terms overrides those rights.

17. Availability and technology
Reasonable care will be taken to keep the hub and digital resources available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, updates, internet failures or circumstances outside Geraldine's reasonable control.

Geraldine is not responsible for a problem caused by your device, software, internet connection, email filters or failure to keep your login details secure. Please contact hello@geraldinecrane.com if you experience an access problem so that reasonable assistance can be offered.

18. Suspension or ending access
Geraldine may suspend or end your access if you:
- Seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
- Share protected content or account access without permission.
- Behave in a way that threatens the safety, privacy or wellbeing of another person.
- Do not pay an amount that is properly due.
- Misuse the hub, community or associated technology.

Where appropriate, Geraldine will explain the concern and give you a reasonable opportunity to put it right. Immediate removal may be necessary where there is a serious safety, confidentiality or safeguarding concern.

Any decision about a refund will take account of the service already received, the nature of the breach and your statutory rights.

19. Responsibility and liability
Geraldine will provide the services with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Geraldine is not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a purchase made wholly or mainly for personal purposes.

You are responsible for following safety guidance, providing accurate relevant information and making choices appropriate to your circumstances.

20. Personal data
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Soul Sovereignty Privacy Policy. This explains what information is collected, why it is used, how it is stored and your data protection rights.

Health information, injury information and information about religious or spiritual beliefs may be special category personal data. Where this information is needed to deliver a service safely and appropriately, it will be collected and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

 21. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of a service, please email hello@geraldinecrane.com. Geraldine aims to acknowledge a complaint within 5 working days and provide a full response within 14 days where reasonably possible.

If a complaint specifically concerns hypnotherapy and cannot be resolved directly, you may be able to refer it to the General Hypnotherapy Register, subject to its current complaints procedure and eligibility requirements.

22. Changes to these terms
Geraldine may update these terms to reflect changes in the law, services, technology or business practices. The current version will be published on the hub with the date it was last updated.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to a purchase already made. Where a change materially affects an ongoing paid membership or programme, reasonable notice will be given.

23. General provisions
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

If Geraldine does not immediately enforce a term, this does not mean that the right to enforce it later has been waived.

These terms are between you and Geraldine Crane, a sole trader operating under the brand Soul Sovereignty. No other person has a right to enforce them.

24. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings available to you under the law.
