After Care Guide

Whatever way we've worked together, hypnotherapy, coaching, Trauma Release Boxing™ or spiritual sessions, your body and mind may continue processing for a little while afterwards. This guide is here to support you in the hours and days that follow any session with me.

General Aftercare (all sessions)

●Be gentle with yourself in the hours after a session. Give yourself permission to rest if you need to.
●Drink plenty of water, this supports your nervous system as it settles.
●Notice without judging. New thoughts, feelings, memories or physical sensations may surface in the hours or days after a session. This is a normal part of the process, not a cause for concern.
●Avoid making major decisions immediately after a session where possible. Let things settle first.
●If anything comes up that feels too big to sit with alone, please reach out, you don't have to process it by yourself. Email hello@geraldinecrane.com and I will get back to you.

After Spiritual Hypnotherapy or Regression Work

●You may feel unusually tired, or unusually light, both are normal. Avoid driving or operating machinery immediately if you feel drowsy. ●Journalling shortly after your session can help anchor any insights while they're fresh.
●Memories or perceptions that surfaced during regression are based on your own inner experience, there's no need to “prove” or analyse them. Let them be guidance, not fact. After Coaching or Spirit Guide Card Reading Sessions
●Give yourself space to sit with what came up, rather than rushing into action straight away.
●Guidance from a reading is offered for reflection, not instruction, trust your own judgement about what to do with it.

After Trauma Release Boxing™ / Somatic Movement Sessions

●Your body may feel tired, sore, or unusually calm, all are common responses to nervous system release work.
●Continue to rest and hydrate over the next 24 hours.
●If you notice ongoing dizziness, chest pain, or physical symptoms that concern you, contact your GP or NHS 111.
●Emotional release (tears, sudden emotion) can continue for a short time after the session ends, this is a normal part of the nervous system settling, not something to be alarmed by.
