Course Summary
Come join me in creating a new exciting, international, online pathway, taking you step by step, through my unique SERENE way to heal your mother wounds and develop a loving, compassionate relationship with yourself, so you can have happier healthier relationships in all areas of your life. This is an opportunity to be directly involved in the creation and evolution of this new offering, your insights and feedback will make sure this pathway is effective and transformative. I have been thinking about this for a while, finding a way to reach and support as many people as I can, and now feels like the right time to do it. I’m looking for 10-15 people to be my founding members/tester group and come on this pathway with me, as we create something truly special.
The SERENE way includes 8 Modules
- Introduction and Understanding Different Forms of Toxic Behaviour
S - Stillness - Prioritising time for yourself & allowing your mind to get still.
E - Emotions - Allowing your emotions to guide you in your healing.
R - Reconnection - Reconnecting to your Spirit Guides & your inner divinity & wisdom
E - Energy - Understanding your energy & how to protect it.
N - Now - Staying in the present moment.
E - Empowerment - Embracing & loving every part of who you are.
Each module will include pre-recorded videos, guided meditation audios, worksheets and more. However, I need your help to develop these. I have so much information I would love to share, but I need you to help me develop the best and most effective way of sharing it. In other words, I need your help to rein in my brain. I don't want to overwhelm people or miss out something that someone may find really valuable and that's where you come in. As I create the content you will work with me to see what works and what doesn't, whilst also getting the most out of the content too.
We will have regular zoom meetings to discuss the content whilst also allowing you to ask me questions and gain from group coaching. In fact, join the SERENE Way now and you will not only be key in developing something amazing, you will also get more time with me - and of course, you will be joining a community of the most amazing beautiful like-minded souls, full of compassion, understanding and free of judgement or stigma.

A qualified Spiritual Hypnotherapist with a grounded background in Probation and Domestic Abuse recovery, Geraldine blends intuitive channelling with therapeutic expertise to create spaces that are both deeply compassionate and powerfully transformative.
Through the Soul Sovereignty Hub, she supports women to rise into their authentic, sovereign identity and live from the truth of their unbound, empowered self.
